D.O.C.I.S. International is establishing an alternative socio-economic system. This mission is in a beginning phase. Raising awareness for this concept and building a network of partners of the organization, to work together as one, is the current focus.
Determined Observant Colloquial Intelligent Stratagem is what D.O.C.I.S. stands for, representing the great devotion we – a collective of independent business entities – have to successfully create this eternally sustainable alternative, which intelligently adapts itself to personal character in a colloquial manner.
“Wie niet sterk is, moet slim zijn.” The downward facing triangle resembles the creative strategic strength that is required when power is missing. Everlasting this organization will be, forever aspiring greatness, is what the infinity symbol and laurel wreath resemble. And the symbol of the world, because this is an international mission. That is what the D.O.C.I.S. International logo stands for.
What the organization does to succeed to succeed in its beginning objectives is listed below in alphabetical order. It is followed by the long-term vision of the company.
Independence is a very important value to this organization. Unlike most businesses, D.O.C.I.S. International operates without investors and is fully funded by the sole proprietorship’s owner, Dominique Daniëlle Elia, also known as Lil Fangs. Words like “we” and “organization” are, here, used with eyes on the future.
When people ask me “what I do”, I never have a simple answer. I am D.O.C.I.S. Interational (also known as (Lil) Fangs). My private and business expenses are one. I want to reshape society with full liability in this manner, because in this way there is no one above me and I like being able to maneuver my business up to my vision without any interference.
Because writing and making music – under my satiric non-conformist alias “Lil Fangs” – is the most monetizable things I do, D.O.C.I.S. International is registered as a publishing company. (I am thus an author with a private publishing business.) But it’s more of a hobby than a job, because I’m not earning anything with this (also thanks to the barbarian(s) selling illegal copies with a higher SEO ranking).
Publishing is far from the business its only focus. It is simply a tool used to direct the means how society should be altered, according to my vision. I am a first-year Applied Economics student at the University of Antwerp, specializing in economic policy. For in the end D.O.C.I.S. International intends to be a macro-economic influence, with me as your Regentesse in charge.
It has been quite a lonely hobby, but I hope to find the right people with whom I can form an alliance of independent business entities like me. Together we can make a historic amount of change.

Alternatives for the Highly Intelligent
One of the most problematic trends D.O.C.I.S. International wishes to overpower is that of the highly intelligent for whom our current socio-economic system does not include a real challenge. Part of our mission is to stimulate the expression of complexity and create an environment in which talents can be developed independently.
Intelligent people have the strongest shoulders that can carry the weight of our socio-economic shift. Society does not support them enough. As an organization, we strive to fill that gap.
Publishing and Research
D.O.C.I.S. International considers the way society is currently structured and organized all a big mistake. It is like it is stuck in old habits and beliefs so much that it is forgetting to adapt itself to the diversity of personalities and ambitions that exist in this societal system. Together with the defects in economic philosophy, such as scale and profits being considered more important than sustainability and quality, D.O.C.I.S. International is facing quite the challenge.
The books, essays and music published and distributed by D.O.C.I.S. International are created to familiarize our audience with the vision and intentions of the organization. Presently, along with doing research, that is the main activity of the organization. As we grow to be a macro-economic influence, publishing will become a side activity.
Several types of research are done to develop solutions to the challenges of our time. An example of this is the more sustainable method of assigning monetary value, written in a series of essays. Click here to read Fangyist Economics and Initiating Change on LilFangs.com.
Towards the International Volta
D.O.C.I.S. International has observed that in our present society, people are living a routine of life, more because they have to than because they want to. It is part of our mission to change this. In the book Volta, a method is described for the reader to define what he/she truly wants in life, and how to get there.
For the people whose Volta is in sync with the aspirations of D.O.C.I.S. International, the organization would like to facilitate his or her new lifestyle. To create a parallel society that consists of Fangyists. A Fangyist is someone who would like to live in accordance with the vision of D.O.C.I.S. International.
Long Term aspirations
In the long run, D.O.C.I.S. International aspires to internationally conduct an alternative socio-economic system that has a structure with characteristics of a constitutional monarchy, but includes a set of alternative laws and procedures.
